How to Make Beef and Broccoli
Beef and broccoli go together in Chinese cooking like peanut butter and jelly in western cuisine. The following easy Beef and Broccoli recipe is a classic stir fry dish and is well-suited for beginner cooks new to Chinese cooking because of its simplicity. If you are concerned about weight loss or high cholesterol, remember to use no more than 4 ounces of LEAN beef, and to trim off the fat.
