Walnut Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:

– 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1/2 cup walnut halves
– 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 2 egg whites
– 1 teaspoon cornstarch
– 1 tablespoon oil

Method:

In a bowl, mix the egg whites, cornstarch, and shrimp. Rinse the walnut halves with water, dry out, and mix the honey with it in another bowl. Heat the oil in a wok until it smokes slightly. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until fully cooked. Add the mayonnaise, salt to taste, walnuts, and stir-fry for a few more seconds. Serve hot.
