Egg Drop Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
– 2 beaten eggs
– Cornstarch
– Salt
– 1 tomato, cut into wedges (optional)
– Corn kernels (optional)

Directions:
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Beat 2 eggs and pour slowly into the pot. Add cornstarch and stir until desired thickness is reached. (OPTIONAL: To make Tomato Egg Drop Soup, add tomato wedges here. To make Corn Egg Drop Soup, add corn kernels here. Do not add both tomato AND corn.) Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt to taste and serve.
