Chicken with Pepper and Onion

Ingredients

– 1 chicken breast, cut into thin slices
– 1 onion, thinly sliced
– 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
– 1 teaspoon minced garlic
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

In a large skillet, heat up the vegetable oil and add the chicken. Stir-fry until it is no longer pink. Add onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and green pepper. Sauté until vegetables are tender, remove from heat and serve.
