Braised Tofu Recipe

Ingredients:

– 1 piece tofu, cut into small cubes
– 3 ounces ground pork
– 1 stalk scallion, chopped into small pieces
– 1 tablespoon cooking oil
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– Salt to taste

Directions:

Heat up a wok with cooking oil. When the oil is heated, add the ground pork. Stir-fry for a few seconds, then add the tofu and soy sauce. Stir-fry until the tofu becomes fully cooked. Add the chopped scallions, stir for a few more seconds, add salt to taste, and serve hot.
